I personally love both of the Slowly inserted options.
The best inserted slowly and manually stories right now are probrably Perro Locco's famous "how to" story from the old Usenet that describes how to mannually spit a nice, consensual girlpig.
The slowly and mechanically stories are probrably best represented by the text versions of Dolcett's Merideth's Last Interview. It's hard to beat that one, where Merle uses the time it takes the spit to go through Merideth to give her a first-class anal fucking, and then makes her lick him clean afterward. I'd say I like this one slightly better, but it has to be that the spit operator uses his free time to have some great sex with the spitgirl (as it should be )

Lots of votes but not many replies...
Personally, I like the idea of manually fucking her with the spit. You would be able to feel every jolt and spasm and shiver as you slowly shove the spit through her body - almost like sharing her sensations through the vibrations that travel through the spit to your hands.

I would like to add a little more. I think that the best part of a lot of the stories based on the Dolcett universe tend to be best when a liberal amount of suspense is used. Willing victims can be best (will they choose to be spitted, semi consensual aspects, etc). tricked at the last minute (like in the original Jessica 3000k comic by Dolcett) or where the victim is a willing participant until the last minute.
Mechanical or not I don't think always matters, but the mechanical aspect lends a bit of forboading (like in "The Origins of Jessica" series of stories on this site). The machine can be fast but leading up to the event can be just as good.
